Hazel Swayne
Conscious Parenting Coach

I help parents build stronger relationships with their kids. Because for kids, every moment counts!

Sessions available in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.

What is Conscious Parenting?

I am a Mom of 5 (teenagers, ouch!) born in Peru and made in the world via NYC. I combine my experience of designing learning experiences and coaching leaders with the essence of conscious parenting. I am a recovering control-freak, a marathon runner, and a head-turning dancer.

I now help parents, individually or as a couple, to build stronger relationships with themselves and their children. Via becoming more conscious of the conditionings that drive their parenting. I use models and tools from growth mindset, psychological safety, and behavioural design. All acquired though my long-standing career. I have been practicing mindfulness to regulate my ADHD nervous system for decades.

My goal is to inspire you to go to places you didn't think possible. And to practice techniques to make real change happen in yourself and with your family.

Client. Mom of a 6 year old and stepmom to 2 teenagers.

“Hazel helped me connect with my fear of not being liked, so I could see my kid for who he really is.”

Clients. Mom and Dad of 2 young boys

“I learned about where to feel my emotions to be able to recognise them when they are about to trigger my ego.”

Client in Sweden. Mom of 2 boys.

“With Hazels honest and empathic coaching she has helped me to see the root causes to why certain frictions shows up in our family. She has helped me to be more proactive in my parenting, find more peace when it becomes chaotic and connect deeper with myself and my children. Now me and my husband started the coaching together which feels like a great next step in creating a more present and authentic atmosphere in our house. ”

My path to transformation started when one of my daughters yelled at me:

“Grow the f*ck up, I am the child, you are the adult!”
