I haven’t always been a professional coach, mother, entrepreneur, business professional, or athlete. In fact, these descriptions began as small seeds of inspiration that grew into personal dreams. Step by step through my life’s journey, I moved closer to actualization, until one day, upon reflection, I realized I was living my dreams.

 What I’ve come to understand about myself, is that I love the journey itself. The goal isn’t to arrive at a point where all my dreams are realized. That would take a thousand lifetimes. It’s about becoming fully present in every moment to listen for the signal in the noise, the resonance that’s giving me the meaningful information that I’m searching for—and then living and breathing from that truth.
