It’s a coaching and trekking program designed for working parents who need space to pause, reflect, and reconnect.
You’ll spend time online before the journey with guided coaching and self-awareness practices, followed by a four-day-three-night journey through the Sacred Valley of Peru.
Led by certified professional Conscious Parenting coaches Patricia Díaz-Kismarton and Hazel Swayne, the experience combines reflection, physical movement, and community to help you rediscover balance.
You’ll move through three stages:
Prime & Prep (Basecamp Online):
Build self-awareness, uncover your parenting patterns, and prepare emotionally for the journey.
Includes guided online sessions, entry assessments, journaling prompts, and daily pause invitations to help you arrive grounded and ready.
Immerse & Integrate (The Hike):
Skill-building sessions addressing triggers, boundaries, and ego through movement, art, and storytelling exercises.
Interactive activities covering boundary-setting and saying “no”
Guided meditations, breathwork, and “pause” rituals for presence mastery.
Family connection practices and peer sharing
Campfire circles, memory-making rituals, reflection walks, and collective creative projects to build community and emotional safety.
Sustain & Apply (At the Peak Online):
Continue with self-paced content, hands-on virtual sessions
Reflection prompts focused on sustaining mindfulness, work-life integration, and family connections.
Quarterly community campfires to help your insights take root.

For high-achieving working parents who are feeling stretched thin and want to slow down without “checking out.”
It’s ideal if you’re craving time for yourself, want to strengthen emotional awareness, and value meaningful connections with others on a similar journey.
-
Yes. We encourage co-parents to attend together.
You’ll each have your own reflection and coaching sessions, alongside shared practices that strengthen connection and communication.
